Created by Craig and developed into a venture now producing 7 varieties of pestos with over 40 tons of pesto per year, Bear Pond Farm is a gourmet specialty producer distributed widely by Whole Foods Market and others across the United States. A truly Diamond Lake treasure, we look forward to Craig’s chef demonstration on Thursday, July 9th at 5:30 pm.

Returning for his second year at Wind Hill, Nathan will undoubtedly match the gourmet meal from last year with his yet-to-be disclosed menu highlighting local and fresh produce. Nathan, formally trained in macrobiotic cooking at the internationally known Kushi Institute, has just finished his first year cooking at the incomparable Red Lion Inn. Thursday, July 23rd 5:30 pm.
