The following Farm Fresh Cooking Demonstration took place on Thursday May 9th.
Chef Jordan Stein from The Pond House in Glastonbury demonstrated how to prepare early spring greens at Wind Hill Farm.

Wonderful early spring treats were prepared right on the farm, including fiddle heads and ramps (wild onions). The chef explained where and how the food was obtained and how to prepare and pair these natural delights with fresh fish and beef.
