Fountainhead

Legendary CT Band  Fountainhead returns and brings its magic to Classics and Originals.   Fountainhead, was formed in 1974 and played in the heyday of the 80’s club scene. They rocketed to local and regional stardom opening for and playing with Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers, The Marshall Tucker Band, and The Outlaws, to name a few.  The 1981 recording “Live” produced by Toads Place in New Haven and recorded at RCA and Toads, still holds the record for most sales of a local band in Connecticut and charted on all the rock radio stations in the region.  Today, the band continues to bring its rock and roll to the stage with original and long time members featuring Fountainhead classics like “Stay Away” and “I Saw You”, and covering their favorite R&R tunes.

Band members include Art Deske - lead guitar, Steve Nystrup - rhythm guitar/vocals, Maureen Wasik - vocals, Steven Woods - Drums, Stephen Bruno, - bass.
